First, it is a dirty and sometimes dangerous job to clean your own rain gutters.

Second, dirty rain gutters trap water and allow mosquitos and other insects to thrive. With West Nile Virus and all the other potential woes that may come in the future it is a good idea to have your gutters professionally cleaned regularly.

Third, when leaves and other debris clogs your rain gutters water splashes over the edge instead of running down the rain spout. This leads to dirt hitting the side of your house and surrounding areas making it messy.

Fourth, extra weight in your rain gutters from water freezing due to leaves clogging the down spout can cause them to break lose from your house or sag. This can result in costly repairs. We will inspect your rain gutters for broken fasteners and brackets and replace or reinforce them for a small fee.

A Chimney cap helps prevent water, animals and debris from entering your chimney. An open chimney is obviously a hole in the top of your roof. While a fire burns it will push air up and out with no problem. However, 3/4 of the year it is simply a place for rain, bats, birds, squirrels and debris to enter your house. A chimney cap also helps to prevent sparks from your fire landing on dry material that may cause a fire. Chimney cpas come in a variety of shapes, colors and styles.
